Converting Loyalty Points to Discount on the Invoice

After setting up loyalty rules and configuring their settings, follow the steps below to convert the earned loyalty points into a discount on the invoice.

Exchanging Loyalty Points with a Discount

1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Create Invoice”.
3. Fill in the invoice details using the “Create Invoice” guide if needed.
4. Select the required client.
   • Note: The loyalty points count will be displayed next to the [⭐ Client Loyalty] label in the client info section on the invoice screen.
5. Enter the number of loyalty points you wish to convert into a discount in the “Client Loyalty” field under the “Discount & Adjustment” section.
   • Note: The discount corresponding to the loyalty points you add will be determined based on the “Conversion Factor for Loyalty Points on Invoices” settings.
6. Complete the invoice creation process.
7. Click the “Save” button once you are done.
