1. From the main menu, click on “Sales”.
2. Select from the menu “Manage Estimates”.
3. Click on the desired estimate file.
4. Click on the “Clone” button.
   • The system creates an identical clone of the estimate with the same saved values but changes the serial number.
5. Make any required modifications to the cloned estimate.
6. Click on the “Save” button.
