Actions on the invoice list
You can apply some actions to a group of invoices in one process through the system.
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Invoices”.
- The software displays a list of the invoices in the account.
- Select the required invoices by checking the box at the top right corner of each invoice.
- You can check the box at the top of the page to select the entire list of invoices and choose from:
- All (Current Page): Select all invoices on the current page.
- All Filtered (All Pages): Select all invoices on all pages.
- All (Current Page): Select all invoices on the current page.
- You can check the box at the top of the page to select the entire list of invoices and choose from:
- From the “Actions” menu at the top of the page, select the required action:
- Delete: delete the selected invoices from the list.
- Send to Client: send the invoice to the client via email.
- Mark as Paid: pay all unpaid invoices in one payment.
- Print PDF: download all selected invoices in one PDF file.
- Export: export the selected invoices in one of the following formats (CSV, Excel, XML). For more details, refer to the “Exporting Sales Invoices“ guide.
- Send SMS: send an SMS message with the information of each invoice to the clients associated with the selected invoices.
- Note: SMS messaging must be activated on the account to appear in the Actions menu. Refer to the “SMS Provider Settings“ guide.
