Why Can’t I See the “Close Custody” Button?

The Close Custody button only appears when both of the following conditions are met:

• The remaining balance of the custody equals zero.
• The custody status is “Settled.”

If the button is not appearing, verify that the remaining balance is zero and that the custody status is “Settled.”
