Incomes List

  1. Click on “Finance” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Incomes”.
  3. The program will display a list of registered incomes in the account.
    • Use the navigation buttons (“<“) and (“>”) to switch between display pages for income lists.
    • You can select the entire income list from the top of the page and choose from:
      • All (Current Page): Select all incomes on the current page.
      • All Filtered (All Pages): Select all incomes on all pages.
    • Review the “Actions” menu to apply a set of quick actions to the selected income list:
      • Delete: Deletes all selected receipts from the list.
      • Change Category: Changes the category of all selected incomes in the list to a specific category.
      • Print PDF: Downloads a copy of the selected incomes in PDF format.
    • Click on the gear icon to access the Incomes Categories page.
    • Click the “Import” button to upload a ready-made file with income data to the software. For more details, refer to the Import Income Dataguide.
    • Click on the icon to access the “Incomes Reports” page.
    • Click the “Add Income” button to start adding a new income.
    • Use the search tools at the bottom to quickly find the desired income.
    • Click the “Advanced Search” button to access more professional search and filtering tools.
    • At the top of the incomes list, you can click on “Sort By” and choose from more than one way to sort the receipt list, such as (code, amount, date, category, created date).
    • If images or attachments are added to the incomes, the attached images will be displayed in the lists of incomes.
