The Recurring Expense

You can use this feature from Daftra if you have recurring expenses that are spent periodically and regularly. You can set the expense, determine its frequency  rate, and specify the end date for the recurrance.


Steps to create a Recurring Expense

  1. Click on “Finance” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Expenses”.
  3. Click on “New Expense”.
  4. Record the expense details as required. For more details, see the guide Creating an Expense“.
  5. Click on the checkbox labeled “Recurring”.
  6. Select the “Frequency” duration, whether it is Weekly, Monthly, or Annually.
  7. Select the “End Date” from the calendar at which the recurrence of the expense stops.
  8. Click on the “Save” button.
