Assigning Cost Centers to Incomes

You can assign one or more cost centers to incomes, allowing you to easily identify and distribute cost and revenue sources at the end of financial periods.

 

  1. Click on “Finance” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Incomes”.
  3. Either “Add a New Income” or Edit an Income.
  4. Click on the checkbox for “Assign Cost Centers”.
  5. Select one of the cost centers from the list below.
  6. Enter the “Percentage” or “Amount” related to the cost center.
  7. Click “Add” to assign another cost center in the income.
  • Note: You need to define cost centers in the account before linking them to the income. For more details, see the guide on “Cost Centers”.
