Can the same purchase invoice be used in more than one settlement row at the same time?

No, the same purchase invoice cannot be used in more than one settlement row within the same session. When attempting to save, the message “This purchase invoice has already been added in another row” appears.

Note: if you need to split the same invoice’s amount across more than one settlement, you can do so by creating them in separate sessions (different settlements), as long as the invoice still has an outstanding remaining balance each time.
