Setting the Item Price in multiple Price Lists

The “Inventory Management” system in the Daftra software allows you to set different selling prices for the same product through the feature of registering the selling price inside multiple price lists.

1. Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Products &  Services“.
3. You can start with “Add Product/ Add Service” or “Edit Product/Service“.
4. Go to the “Pricing Details” section on the right.
5. Next to “Price Lists“, click on the “New Price List” button.
   • Note: An active price list must be available in the account to view it in this field. For more details, see the guide “Defining a New Price List“.
6. Select from the dropdown the price list you want to set the product price in.
   • The system will show you a new field below the name of the selected price list.
7. Enter the product value in the selected price list.
8. Repeat the previous steps to add the product price in another price list in the account.
9. Complete the product/service data or adjust the other required modifications.
10. Click on the “Save” button.
