Enabling Measurement Unit Templates

The system enables you to create unit templates for the products or services that you offer in your business so that you can easily add them when you are adding a product or a service to the system whilst adding a price of that unit in the purpose of showing it and taking it into account in the invoices that you issue to your client.

1. Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Inventory & Products Settings”.
3. Click on the “Products Settings” card.
4. Click on the checkbox for “Multiple Units per Item”.
5. Select the unit that will be displayed by default during product transactions, choosing from:
   • Default: The system will display all product transactions according to the base unit of the template.
   • Sell: The system will display all product transactions based on the unit specified for product sales.
   • Buy: The system will display all product transactions based on the unit specified for product purchases.
6. Click on “Save”.
