Setting the Minimum Selling Price for a Product

Daftra software allows setting a minimum selling price for the product. This is to oblige account users not to reduce the product’s selling value below the allowed limit.

• Note: These limits apply to the additional users of the account, not the account administrator (owner).

Enabling the Product Minimum Selling Price feature

1. Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Inventory Settings”.
3. Click on the “General” card/tab.
4. Click on the checkbox “Advanced Pricing Options” to activate the feature.
5. Click on the “Save” button.

Setting the minimum Selling Price for a Product

1. Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Products & Services“.
3. Start “adding a new product/service” or “editing an existing product/service“.
4. Navigate to the “Pricing Details” section on the right side.
5. In the “Minimum Price” field, enter the minimum selling price for the specified product/service.
6. Complete the rest of the information for the newly added product/service or adjust the rest of the required changes.
7. Click on the “Save” button.

• Note: The minimum selling price for the product/service includes the calculated tax on it. Therefore, it is recommended to add the price inclusive of the tax value adopted in the account.
