1. From the main menu, click “Inventory.”
2. Select “Products and Services.”
3. Choose the products or services you want to disable using the action checkbox next to each item, or select “Select All” from the action checkbox at the top right of the screen.
4. Click the arrow next to the “Actions” button at the top of the page.
5. Select “Deactivate” from the dropdown menu.
6. The products will be disabled, and any transactions related to them will no longer appear in reports.
