Issuing a Product with an Expiry Date from Requisitions
First, before issuing a product with an expiry date, you need to add a product with an expiry date tracking system, then assign an expiration date to this product.

Issuing the Product from Requisitions
- Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Requisitions“.
- Click on the “Add” button.
- Select “Manual Outbound” from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the requisition data as required. For more details on how to input the requisition data, refer to the guide “Creating an Outbound Requisition“.
- In the “Items” field, select the product tracked by its expiration date that you wish to issue from the dropdown menu.
- From the dropdown menu beneath the item’s name, select the expiration date of the product you wish to issue.
- Note: The list of products with expiration dates available for selection should be in stock, as products with previously issued expiration dates will not appear.
- Click on the “Confirm” button to save the actions you’ve performed.
