How to download a PDF copy of a Purchase Quotation

1. Click on “Purchases” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Purchase Quotations”.
3. Click on the quotation you want to print.
4. Click on the “PDF” button.
   • The system will download a copy of the invoice to your device in PDF format.
