Can I Edit a Purchase Order After a Partial Invoice Has Been Created from It?

The system tracks the status and quantity of each item independently. Items that have been fully invoiced will not appear in subsequent conversions, while uninvoiced items and quantities remain available for conversion at any time.

• If an item is deleted from a purchase invoice, it remains in the order and is available for conversion later.
• If an item’s quantity is reduced, the remaining quantity stays in the order and is available for conversion.
• A quantity exceeding what is specified in the original purchase order cannot be invoiced.
