How to send a Purchase Quotation to a Supplier through Email

  1. Click on “Purchases” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Purchase Quotations”.
  3. Click on the quotation you want to send to the supplier.
  4. Click on the “Email to Supplier” button.
  5. Ensure that you’ve added the email address in the supplier’s details.
  6. Fill in the email details:
    • Set the email subject, body text, and the supplier’s email addresses using the formatting tools, or choose one of the pre-made email templates. For more details on email templates, see the guide onPre-made Email Templates.
    • Click on the “Choose File” button to attach files to the email.
  7. Click on the “Send” button.
