Management of Supplier-Related Forms Builder

The form builder allows you to add the required custom fields within the custom form for suppliers. This enables you to fill in these fields later when adding a custom form record for the supplier.

Steps for Managing Forms Builder

  1. Click on “Purchases” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Supplier Settings.”
  3. Click on the “Related Forms” card.
  4. Click on the “” actions button next to the form you want to manage its design.
  5. Click on the “Form Builder” button.
  6. A screen will appear with available fields for adding to the design of the desired form, divided into:
    1. Custom Fields:
      • From the menu on the left, you can drag the required field to the form design and drop it in the form design section in the middle of the page.
      • After adding fields, you can control their order by clicking on them and dragging them up or down.
    2. Design Layout:
      • The design layout is in the middle of the page, and here you can drag the required custom fields to design the form.
    3. Custom Field Properties:
      • From the menu on the right, you can control the appearance and layout of the added field in the design layout.
  7. After adding the required fields, click on the “Save” button.
