Related Forms to Manufacturing Orders

What are the Related Forms?

Through this screen in the system, you can add a complete model that contains additional data related to the manufacturing order. This data can be added in various cases across the system. You can also create a custom design for the added model and print it for each individual production plan.

Steps to Add a Related Form

  1. Click on “Manufacturing” from the main menu.
  2. Select “Settings“.
  3. Click on “Manufacturing Orders Related Forms” tab.
  4. Click on “New Custom Form“.
  5. The screen will display the following form details:
    1. Custom Form Information:
      • Name: Assign a name to the related form.
      • Key: Add the keyword “identifier” for the form (a number or name).
      • Status: Set the status of the form (Active/Inactive).
      • Description: Add a description for the related form.
    2. Permissions
      • Add Record: Select who is responsible for adding new records from the form (Employee/Department/Role/Specific Branch).
      • Update Record: Select who is responsible for editing records of the added forms (Employee/Department/Role/Specific Branch).
      • View Record: Select who is responsible for viewing the added records (Employee/Department/Role/Specific Branch).
      • Delete Record: Select who is responsible for deleting records of the added forms (Employee/Department/Role/Specific Branch).
  6. Click on the button “Save“.
