Exporting a Stocktaking Sheet

  1. From the main menu, click on “Inventory”.
  2. Select from the list “Manage Stocktakings”.
  3. Click on the button “New” at the top right corner.
  4. Set up the stocktaking sheet data:
    • Warehouse: Select the warehouse you want to stock take.
    • Number: It’s a serial number that distinguishes the stocktaking sheet. You can change this number and control its format through the Serial Number Settings in the account.
    • Date: Set the date for the stocktaking process.
    • Notes: Write any notes related to the stocktaking process if any.
  5. Click on the button “Do Stocktaking”.
  6. Add the products to the stocktaking list. For more details, see the guide “Adding a Stocktaking Sheet“.
  7. Click on the “Export” button to start exporting the products listed in the stocktaking sheet.
    • The system will open a new window containing export options.
  8. Click on the checkboxes next to the fields you want to export.
    • Note: All fields are automatically selected by the system. To unselect them all, click on “Unselect All” located at the top right of the screen.
  9. Click on the “Export” button.
    • The system will download a CSV file containing the selected fields.
