Create a Requisition Linked to a Manufacturing Order (Receiving Materials)
Click on “Manufacturing” from the main menu.
Select “Manufacturing Orders.”
Click on the manufacturing order for which you want to create a linked warehouse issuance order.
Click on “Receive Raw Materials.”
Enter the requisition details
Date: This is automatically set to the current date when the requisition is created, but you can change it if needed.
Warehouse: Choose the warehouse from which the stock items listed in the order will be issued.
Journal Account: The sub-account associated with the manufacturing order is automatically selected.
Notes and Attachments: If there are any notes or files related to the warehouse issuance order, you can add them here.
Items: The raw materials specified in the manufacturing order will automatically appear with their quantities. The stock balances before and after the raw material issuance will also be displayed.
