Changing a Product Status

To keep your inventory organized, the system allows you to change a product’s status. This enables you to easily indicate whether the product or service is currently active, inactive, or suspended. This feature helps you track your products more effectively, especially when dealing with items that may not be available for sale or need to be temporarily removed.

  1. From the main menu, click on “Inventory.”
  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Products & Services.
  3. Select the product for which you want to adjust the status.
  4. Click the “Edit” button on the product display page.
  5. Select the required status from the dropdown in the “Status” field at the bottom of the page.

Note: If you select the “Inactive” or “Suspended” status, the product or service will be excluded from any transactions or operations on the account.
