What happens if the barcode matches more than one client?

If the same barcode is registered for more than one client, the system does not auto-select a client — instead, a dropdown list of all matching clients appears for you to manually select the correct one.

To avoid this situation, it is recommended to ensure each client has a unique barcode when creating or assigning barcodes.
