Steps to send a message to a client via WhatsApp directly from his profile
- From the main menu, go to Clients.
- Select Client Settings.
- In the Clients Settings tab, enable Send Client Details Via Messaging Apps.
- Go to Manage Messages and Platforms, then select WhatsApp from the dropdown menu below social media options.
- Write your message, and click the icon next to the message field to insert variables (such as the client’s name) so they are automatically included in the message text.
- Open the profile of the customer you want to message from “Manage Clients”, then click Send via WhatsApp.
Note: The client’s mobile number must be saved in his profile for the Send via WhatsApp option to appear. For more details on how to add a new client, visit this guide.
