Sending an SMS to a Client

Why you would need to send an SMS to a Client?

Daftra allows you to send SMS messages to the client that include notifications regarding invoices, appointments, or other matters.

• Notes:
  • The SMS app must be activated from the Apps Manager. For more details, refer to the guide “Activating the SMS App”.
  • The account must be linked with one of the SMS service providers. For more details, refer to the guide “Setting up the SMS Service Provider”.

Sending an SMS to a Client

1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Manage Clients”.
3. Click on the desired client’s file.
4. Click on the button “Send SMS”.
   • Note: Ensure that the mobile number is added within the client’s details. For more details, refer to the guide “Add a Client“.
5. Adjust the message text inside the text editor or choose one of the ready-made SMS templates.

6. Click on the button “Send”.
