Actions on the Credit Types

You can edit the credit type, disable it, or delete it by following the steps outlined under each procedure below.

Editing a Credit Type

1. From the main menu, click on “Points & Credits“.
2. Click on “Settings“.
3. Click on the card labeled “Credit Types“.
4. Click on the type you want to edit.
5. Click on the “Edit” button at the top of the credit type data.
6. Make the necessary changes to the credit type.
7. Click on the “Save” button at the top right of the screen.

Deleting a Credit Type

1. From the main menu, click on “Points & Credits“.
2. Click on “Settings“.
3. Click on the card labeled “Credit Types”.
4. Click on the credit type you want to delete.
5. Click on the “Delete” button at the top of the credit type data.
6. Click on the “Yes” button when the confirmation message appears.

• Note: You cannot delete a credit type that is used in a package.

Disabling/ Activating a Credit Type

1. From the main menu, click on “Points & Credits“.
2. Click on “Settings“.
3. Click on the card labeled “Credit Types“.
4. Click on the credit type you want to disable.
5. Click on the “Mark as Inactive” button at the top of the credit type data.
6. Make the required modifications to the credit type.

• If the credit type is in the “Inactive” state or if you wish to reactivate it after disabling, you can click on the “Mark as Active” button located at the top of the credit type data.
