Viewing the Client file

How to view the Client File?

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Clients“.
  3. Click on the desired client profile.

The screen will display all details about the client:

  • Client Information: Basic information about the client including name, address, contact details, and the option to “Add a Picture” and display “Map” of the registered address.
  • Client Profile Controls: A set of actions that can be performed on the client such as: Edit, Schedule Appointment, Send Email, Add Payment Credit, View Account Statement, etc.
  • Operation Windows: A set of display windows for transactions made with the client such as: Invoices, estimates, Payments, Appointments, etc.
  • Client More Information: Includes values added in “Custom Fields” within the client profile.
  • Quick Information: Provides a summary of the number of transactions made with the client.
  • Account Summary: A summary of the financial transactions with the client and the statement of the final balance.

 

Notes:

  • Adding a picture to the client profile requires enabling the feature from within “Client Settings” in the Client’s Extra Fields
