Sending clients appointments via WhatsApp

The system allows you to send client appointments via WhatsApp, making communication easier.

To enable this feature, you need to first follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the option “Send client details via social media” is activated in the client’s general settings.
  2. Click on “Manage” under the setting to display WhatsApp or other available communication methods, as well as the basic variables that appear in the message by default. You can edit this default message using the “Text Message” field.
  3. Ensure that a “mobile” number is added to the customer’s profile so that the option to send the appointment via WhatsApp will appear after saving it.
  4. If the number is added in the “Phone Number” field instead of the “Mobile Number” field, the option to send the appointment via WhatsApp will not appear.

How to send the appointment to the client via WhatsApp?

  1. From the main menu, click on “Clients.”
  2. Click on “Manage Clients.”
  3. Select the client you want to send his appointment via WhatsApp.
  4. Click on the “Appointments” tab in the client’s profile, then click the three dots next to the appointment you want to send.
  5. Click the “Send via WhatsApp” button.
  6. Choose either to continue through the browser or switch to the WhatsApp app if it’s installed on your device.
  7. You will be redirected to the conversation with the client.
  8. The client’s appointment link will appear in the message text field.
  9. You can add any additional details along with the appointment link before sending.
  10. Click the “Send” button.

Note:
The “Send via WhatsApp” button will only appear in the client’s screen if a mobile number is already included in the client’s profile.
