Creating Credit Notes for Clients
What are Credit Notes?
A credit note is a document issued to prove the return of services or products, retaining the value of the returned items in the client’s balance without refunding it. This balance can be used to settle any current liabilities on the client or to pay for invoices issued in the future.
Creating a Credit Note for the Client
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Clients”.
- Click on the desired client profile.
- Click on the “More Actions” button.
- Select “Create Credit Note” from the dropdown.
- Adjust the settings and select the credit note items.

- Click the “Save” button.
