How to Change the client's Status
Daftra allows you to create custom statuses and assign them to your client for distinguishing or categorizing them. You can use statuses like potential clients, regular clients, special category clients, and others to manage your clients more flexibly.
- Click on “Clients” in the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Clients“
- Select the client’s profile.
- Click on “Select Status.”
- Choose the desired status for the client.
- Click on “Edit Status List” to add new statuses or modify the status list.
