Appointments List
To add an appointments list, follow the steps below:
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Appointments”.
- You can control the status of each appointment in the “Status” list and select from:
- Scheduled: The appointment has been booked.
- Done: Confirmation of the completion of the specified appointment.
- Dismissed: In case of canceling or postponing a specified appointment.
- You can change the view mode of appointments by toggling the buttons at the top of the list and selecting from:
- List View: The appointment records are displayed as a list sorted by date from oldest to newest.
- Calendar View: Appointment records are displayed in a table representing the calendar, divided by “month”, “week”, or “day”.
- You can sort the appointments in the list by clicking on the “Sort By” button and selecting from:
- Date: The date of the specified appointment with the client.
- Created Date: The date the appointment was created in the account.
- You can filter appointments in the list by:
- Staff: Display the appointments assigned to one of the staff.
- Action: Display appointments assigned by a certain action.
- Status: Display appointments by a certain status.
