1. Adding Notes/ Attachments
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Clients”.
- Click on the desired client’s file.
- Click on the button “Add Note/Attachment” within the client’s file.
- Adjust the “Date” field by adding the date and time of recording the notes and attachments.
- Select the executed action from the list of Action Performed.
- You can change the client’s status by adjusting the field value “Update Status to” and choosing the desired status from the status list.
- Type the required notes in the attached text editor with formatting tools.
- Click on the checkbox “Share with Client” if you want the client to be able to view the notes and attachments on their own portal.
- To attach a set of files, click on the “Attachments” button.
- Click on the “Upload” button.
- Select the required files from your device.
- Ensure the upload percentage of the file reaches 100%.
- Click on the button “Save”.
2. Viewing the Notes/ Attachments inside the Client File
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Clients”.
- Click on the desired client’s file.
- Click on the tab “Notes/Attachments”.
- The system displays notes and attachments in an internal screen, arranged from the newest to the oldest.
