Scheduling an Appointment in the Work Order
Alert: Before you begin, make sure to activate the Work Orders app in your account.
Steps to schedule an Appointment in the Work Order
- From the main menu, click on “Work Orders”.
- Select from the menu “Work Orders”.
- Click on the desired work order file.
- Click on the “Schedule Appointment” button.
- Set the appointment date from the “Date” field.
- Set the appointment time from the “Time” field.
- Enter the “Duration” value to set the time period the appointment will take.
- Select the required action from the “Actions” list.
- Add “Notes” related to the appointment in the attached text editor with formatting tools.
- You can select a range of available options such as:
- Share With Client: Send appointment details to the client’s portal.
- Note: For the client to view the appointment, the permission to view appointments on their own portal must be set. For more details, refer to the guide “Client Settings”
- Recurring: The appointment is repeated at fixed intervals until a specified date.
- Assign to staff members: One or more employees are selected to view and follow up on the appointment with the client.
- Note: There must be at least one employee in the account for this option to appear. For more details, you can refer to the guide “Adding a User”
- Share With Client: Send appointment details to the client’s portal.
- Click the “Save” button.
