Can my colleagues see the actions I have pinned?

No. All your Quick Actions customizations are personal and do not affect other users:

  • Pinned actions and their order.
  • The keyboard shortcuts assigned to them.
  • Frequently used actions, as these are based on your own usage.

Note: If you want a colleague to use the same shortcuts, they must pin the actions and assign the shortcuts from their own account.
