Why do some search results appear under disabled features, and how can I enable them?
A search result appears under the Found in Disabled Features group when it belongs to an application that is not enabled in your account. These results appear grayed out and are associated with Apps Manager. You cannot open them until the application is enabled.
How to enable a feature:
- Click the grayed-out search result.
- A message appears: This feature is not active. Would you like to activate it? Click Activate.
- You will be redirected to the Apps Manager page, where you can enable the application.

Notes:
- This section is visible to the account owner and users who have permission to manage applications.
- To close the message without enabling the feature, click Cancel.
