Where do I add the two variables to the template?

The “Earned Loyalty Points” and “Loyalty Points Balance” variables only appear when the “Clients Loyalty Points” app is enabled; if the app is disabled, they disappear completely from the list.

1. From the sidebar menu, go to Templates, then Printable Templates.
2. Select Invoices and Estimates.
3. Open an existing invoice template or create a new design.
4. From the left-hand sidebar inside the design builder, click Custom Fields.
5. Click the Add More Fields button.
6. Select the required variable from the dropdown list:
   • Earned Loyalty Points
   • Loyalty Points Balance
7. Once the field is added, it appears in the added fields list with two arrows (▲▼) next to it — use them to change the field’s position (up or down) within the additional fields list.
8. Click Save to apply the changes
