Does the System Work Without an Internet Connection?
The System is cloud-based, so the main web application requires an internet connection to operate. Your data is stored on servers and processed immediately, so you cannot open screens or record transactions without an internet connection.
However, there are two applications that work without an internet connection, allowing you to continue working during connectivity interruptions in critical situations:
Point of Sale Application – Offline allows you to continue making sales during an internet outage, so operations at your store do not stop and you do not lose shift invoices.
Expense Recording Application allows you to record expenses completely offline, including their attachments and data, making it suitable for users who record their expenses outside the office.
In both applications, data is stored on the device and then automatically synchronized with your account when the connection is restored. The application displays the synchronization status for each record — synchronized, syncing, or failed — so you can see at any time which data has reached the system and which has not yet been synchronized. You can synchronize an individual record or synchronize all records at once.
What you should know: Offline functionality is limited to these two applications. Other operations — including invoices, purchases, inventory, reports, and accounting — require an internet connection. Since data is stored on the device before synchronization, make sure to synchronize it as soon as the connection is restored and do not leave the device without synchronization for an extended period.
