Deleting an SMS Template

1. From the main menu, click on “Templates“.
2. Click on “SMS Templates“.
3. Click on the “Delete” button next to the template you want to delete.
4. Click on the “Yes” button in the delete confirmation message.

• Note: You cannot delete an SMS template that is already being used in the auto reminder rules.
