Why can’t I find a specific action in the quick actions search results?
Quick Actions displays only the actions available to you. An action may not appear for one of the following reasons:
| Reason | Solution |
|---|---|
| You entered fewer than two characters. | Enter at least two characters. |
| You do not have permission to access the action. | Request the required permission from your system administrator under Manage Employee Roles. |
| The action belongs to a disabled application. | If you are the account owner or have permission to manage applications, the action appears under the Available in Disabled Features group. Click the action, then click Enable to go to Apps Manager. Otherwise, request that your system administrator enable the application. |
| The message No results found for … appears. | Try a different keyword or a shorter name. The search accommodates minor spelling errors, but it does not display results that do not match your search. |
