Enabling the setting for displaying rental invoice items

Click on “Settings” dropdown “Rentals and Unit Management” in the main menu, then click on “General Settings”.

Activate the setting “Display the invoice Items per day”

Then press the “Save” button.

This setting allows you to choose between two options:

• The first when the button is activated: Divide the rental period into days and consider each day as an item in the invoice. If the reservation/rental period is ten days, then the system will show you ten items in the invoice, one for each day.

• The second if the button is not activated: The system only shows the total duration of the reservation/rental, and treats it as a single item with the total cost for the reservation duration.

You can review the reservation order invoices by clicking on the “Invoices” tab inside the reservation order screen
