You can find a summary of the use of each field from the custom fields for the type of workflow here.

How to add Extra Custom Fields to the Workflow Type

You now see a part of the default screen for the data type of the workflow, which you can suffice with if there is no need to create a new field.

But if you want to add a field to the documents of the workflow type, press on “Workflows” from the main menu then press on “Settings” then press on “Workflow Types” then press on the type of workflow you want to add custom fields for, then press on the “Custom Fields” button to navigate to it.

A list of the types of fields available for addition appears, all you need to do is drag and drop and adjust the properties as shown in the guide to the additional fields for the workflow.

The field key must be unique, as it is not allowed to repeat the same key for more than one field otherwise the error message will appear:

The (field name) has a duplicate value.

The additional fields appear when creating any document inside this type of workflow in this form after saving.

In case the field is dynamic like the country name, you will notice the appearance of the country database automatically from the system due to the dynamic nature of the field, which is linked by itself to the country database.
