View Seasonal Prices from Unit Type Page

This page allows you to view the active seasonal prices linked to a unit type directly from its view page.

1. From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
2. Click on “Settings“.
3. Click on “Unit Types“.
4. Click on the desired unit type.
5. Click on the “Seasonal Prices“ tab.
6. The screen displays a list of all active seasonal prices associated with the unit type — these are seasonal prices whose end date is equal to or later than today’s date. Each record in the list shows the following information:

• • Name: The seasonal pricing list name and ID, which is clickable and navigates directly to the seasonal price view page.
  • From: The start date from which the seasonal price applies.
  • To: The end date on which the seasonal price expires.
  • Pricing Rule: The name of the pricing rule associated with the seasonal price.
  • Unit Type: The name of the unit type linked to the seasonal price.
  • Days: The specific days on which the seasonal price is applied, such as all days of the week or selected days.

You can sort the list using the sort option available at the top of the table.

Notes:

• The Seasonal Prices tab only appears if there is at least one record associated with the unit type.
• Seasonal prices whose end date has already passed will not appear in this list and can be viewed from the main Seasonal Prices page.
