What’s the difference between “Success” and “Failed” statuses in invoice sync?

“Success” means the invoice or order was synced successfully between the connected platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid) and the system, with no issues. “Failed” means the sync process didn’t complete for some reason, and the details of that reason appear in the “Failure Reason” column next to the record; hover over the text if it’s long to see the full details.

If the same invoice or order has multiple sync attempts (e.g., a failed one followed by a successful one), the record shows only the successful result, and previous failed attempts are not displayed in the list.
