Creating a Purchase Refund in a Workflow
The system allows you to add a Purchase Refund within a workflow, helping you manage return transactions and keep them linked to your workflow in an organized way. Follow these steps:
- From the main menu, go to “Workflows”, then select “Manage Workflows”
- Choose the workflow you want to add the Purchase Refund to
- Click on the “Add” button
- From the dropdown menu, select “Purchase Refund”
- Enter the required refund details
- Click “Save”
Note:
You can also add a Purchase Refund directly from the workflow screen by clicking “Assign Transaction”, selecting “Purchase Refund” from the dropdown menu, entering the required details, then clicking “Confirm”.
