Creating a Credit Note in a Work Order
Notice: Before starting, ensure that you have activated the Work Orders app in your account.
Steps to create a Credit Note in a Work Order
- From the main menu, click on “Work Orders”.
- Select from the menu “Work Orders”.
- Click on the desired work order file.
- Click on the button “Add”.
- Select from the menu “Create Credit Note”.
- Fill out the credit note details as required. For more details about the nature of the credit note fields, refer to the guide Creating a Credit Note.
- Click on the button “Save”.
The program adds the credit note record within the work order file, and the paid amount is registered as an outgoing [cash flow] that appears in the “Financial Transactions” table of the work order.
