Can Invoice Templates Be Shared Between Branches?
Print templates (invoice and estimate layouts) belong to the branch they were created in, and there is no setting to share them between branches. Each branch sees only its own templates in Invoice/Estimate Layouts.
To use the same template in another branch, you have two options:
- Copy the template to the other branch through technical support: contact the support team with the template name and the target branch, and the team will copy it to the other branch.
- Create the template in the other branch: switch to the other branch from the branches list at the top of the page, then create the template from Invoice/Estimate Layouts.

Note: The Clone option on a template creates a copy in the same branch only. If you want the template to print the details of the branch the invoice was issued from automatically, add the branch placeholders to the layout, such as {%invoice_branch_name%} for the branch name and {%invoice_branch_address1%} for its address.
