Viewing the Profit and Loss Report

To View the Profit and Loss Report

1. Click on the “Reports” menu.
2. Click on “Accounting Reports“.
3. From the “Accounting Reports” page, select the “Profit & Loss” report.
4. The Profit and Loss report will appear on a new page. You can apply several additional filters to the report.
   1. If you choose to display the report on a “Accrual” basis, all expense and revenue transactions will be displayed.
   2. If you choose to display the report on a “Cash” basis, only transactions that affect cash and financial movements will be displayed.
5. After modifying the filters, click on “Show Report“.
6. You can print the report from “Print” or export it to a CSV, EXCEL, or PDF file from the export options.
