How do I get a statement of account for any account in the system?

The Ledger report shows the transaction statement for any of your accounts — whether it’s a supplier, client, cash drawer, bank, owner’s current account, or any other account defined in the chart of accounts — along with the debit and credit movements and the balance after each transaction.

Go to Reports → Accounting Reports → Ledger, then select the Account Type, set the period, and display the report. You’ll see the opening balance, the transaction details with their dates and descriptions, then the closing balance, and you can print or export it.

You can also access any account’s statement from Accounting → Chart of Accounts by clicking directly on the account.

Note: You can select “Main Account” to display data at the level of the main accounts, or select “Sub Account” to specify a more detailed account under one of the main accounts.
