Why doesn’t the “Settle Declaration” button appear on the Tax Declaration?

There are two main reasons the button may not appear:

• The report hasn’t been loaded yet: The button only becomes active after you click “Show Report” and the results have loaded. If you haven’t done this step, the button will remain inactive.
• The report has no results: If the report returns no results for the selected period and filters, the button is hidden entirely from the page.
• Permissions: Accessing the button requires the “Add/Edit All Journals” permission. If you don’t have this permission, the button is hidden completely.

Check these three points in order — load the report first, then confirm it has results, then verify your permission — to identify why the button isn’t showing for you.
