Viewing the Expenses Reports

  1. Click on the “Reports” menu.
  2. Click on “Accounting Reports“.
  3. From the “Accounting Reports” page, go to the second section of the page and select the expenses report by “Staff, Vendor, Category, Client, or by Time Period“.
  4. Choose whether you want the report to be “Summary” or in “Details“.
  5. The expense report will appear on a new page. You can apply a number of additional filters to the report.
  6. Once the filters are modified, click on “Show Report“.
  7. You can print the report from “Print” or export it to a CSV, EXCEL, or PDF file from the export options.
