Viewing the Weekly Product Sales Report

The Weekly Product Sales Report displays all sales invoices, divided weekly, based on the period defined while viewing the report.

Steps to view the Weekly Product Sales Report

  1. Click on the “Reports” menu.
  2. Click on “Sales Reports”.
  3. From the “Sales Reports” page, select the “Weekly Product Sales” report.
    1. Select “Details” to view data for each invoice separately.
    2. Select “Summary” to view the total amounts of invoice transactions in the specified period.
  4. After viewing the report, you can apply several additional filters, which are:
    • Item: Choose the product you want to view its sales in the report, or you can view the report for all products.
    • Invoice: Specify the type of transactions you want to view for each product, whether Sales Invoice, Refund Receipt or All.
    • Invoice Status: Select the manual status for the invoices or all statuses you want the report to display.
    • Category: Choose a specific category or all the categories you want the report to display.
    • Store: Choose the warehouse you want to display its transactions only, or select “All” to display transactions from all warehouses.
    • Brand: Choose the brand you want to display its transactions only, or select “All Brands” to display transactions from all brands.
    • Client: Choose the client you want to view their sales report.
      • If a specific client is not selected, the system will display the report for all customers.
    • Staff: Choose a specific user or all users for whom you want to display the report concerning invoices added through them.
    • Date Range: You can specify the beginning and end of the period for which you want to view the report through this field.
    • Currency: Choose the currency in which you want the report to be displayed.
    • Branch: Choose one or more branches to display the sales report for their invoices.
  5. Once the filters are modified, click on “Show Report”.
  6. You can print the report from “Print” or export it to CSV, EXCEL, or PDF from the export options.

Note: You can change the report view mode from weekly product sales to daily, monthly, by category, by brand, by item, or by client through the “Weekly” field located below the filter settings.
